Welcome to the Utah Division of Wildlife's Harvest Information Program.
The information you provide will be used for no other purpose than the management of migratory birds (ducks, geese, rails, snipe, coot, doves, band-tailed pigeon, etc.)- You can register for HIP Online (below) or by phone by calling 877-UTAH-744 (877-882-4744).
- If you will not hunt migratory game birds in Utah during the 2009/2010 season, you do not need to participate in HIP.
- If you would like to be notified by email of the availability of HIP for the 2010/2011 season, and subsequent seasons, enter your email address below. Your address will not be used for any other purpose.
The 2009-2010 HIP Registration is not available at this time. To obtain your 2009-2010 HIP Permit Number, please visit this site on Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Thank you.
